Intel went to Pathfinder and the Ambassador/Galaxy hybrid the Guardian, so two major reasons why they could not double-up. One of the big 3 iconic ships was already given Intel, and there was already a Galaxy-equivalent in the Guardian. And naturally, with the Command Specialization that recently came out, Command would fit better, especially with how most everyone in the Galaxy threads where demanding it as Galaxies were used as Command vessels in a number of episodes (and for that matter, so was the Negh and D'D).
It's true that ppl where wanting the GCS to become a "Command" themed ship. But that was before Cryptic released their command abilities which where just a big disappointment imo. I'm sure no one of those ppl (including me) wanted to have exclusively useless team oriented powers, especially since the Ent-D was basicly 8 seasons flying alone without a fleet to command. But of course 30 seconds of DS9 FX counts more.
Idk if it fits into this thread, but my ship has got a big hull breach obvioulsy: Hopefully some dev finds the time to seal it.

I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed, but, the cloaking device console from the Tactical Escort Retrofit and the Dreadnaught Cruiser from the Federation faction are not able to be equipped on the Arbiter Class Battlecruiser. However, in the c-store, it says the cloaking device can be equipped. When will the cloak be fixed?
When will cloaking device be fixxed so I can use it on new battlecruiser please

What I wanna know is, why are all these "tactical" cruisers being made with a commander eng slot instead of a commander TAC slot like it should be?
Because they're cruisers. What part of "cruiser" are you failing to understand? Say it with me. Cruiser. And cruisers all have... that's right, Cmdr Eng BOff seats! Yes! So, logically, a BattleCRUISER would have a... very good! Cmdr Eng seat!
I'm sure I'm going to be buying this today, but I really wish I could pay an 'upgrade' price and have my current Avenger upgraded to this ship. Just hate having ships lying around I"m probably not going to use again.

Yes, but it is a BATTLEcruiser. One would expect it to be geared more toward BATTLE, ie. TAC.

/kthxbye.
Umm..but it is. Or did you not seem to notice the Lt. Commander Tac/Intel station?! I'm beginning to think that (a great deal of people think) if the ship has anything less than a Commander Tactical station, it isn't worth flying...what even would you use it for, Attack Patterns? Cannon Rapid Fire/Scatter Volley?!
If anything else, standard cruisers at end-game have Lt. Comm Engineering stations...
A quick question. Purchasing the c-store version of any of the ships will unlock the fleet module discount on the fleet version of the ship, won't it? Guess it applies to all c-store ships, but wanted to make sure before spending any cash
Its totally messed up the romulan version has a 4/3 weapon layout instead of a 5/3 layout like the others
That's because it isn't a battlecruiser. It's just being sold in the 'battlecruiser pack' because Roms don't have a real battlecruiser to T6-ify.
(Yeah, I know, DD *says* it is a 'battlecruiser warbird' but it is far too slow to be a battlecruiser, and besides, it already got T6'ed in the last cross-faction pack)

And why should it? Roms already have a 5/3 ship (Scimitar/Flagship 3-pack), and I don't think that's going to get a T6 upgrade anytime soon. If you had taken a look at the Valdore/Mogai Retrofit, you'd see that it doesn't get any great deal of changes (barring the obvious T3-T5 enhancement).

But of course, people wanted their Galaxy to have single-handed dreadnought-killer Command skills..as opposed to a team-focused build, amirite?

Regarding the cloak fix, it should *hopefully* be implemented on Thursday..I wouldn't know for certain.
As per usual and par-for-the-course.... Owners of the original Battlecruisers get screwed and Craptic/PWE thinks a beefed up gimmick will fly.... Nice try but my wallet remains closed.
I bought my bundle of Ships Saturday o Shipyard to get but it is not there yet when do they come out?
They're already available - when you buy the bundles, you have to claim the individual ships from the store (for the record, you won't have to pay extra).
I got the Fleet T6 version, does that not get the Arbiter skin? Starting today, I haven't been able to preview the Arbiter pieces on my T5 avenger, or the Fleet T6 that I just got. Is this a bug or intentional?

As with previous Fleet Store releases, the unique skin tends to be locked to the C-Store purchase (I know this from experience with the T4 Defiant Refit - the skin is unlocked when you buy the ship that has it). It's annoying, but unfortunately it makes the company $.

No, but a Guardian like BOFF layout would have been perfect. They simply should have made the guardian the T6 Galaxy class, unlocking all previous galaxy variation ship parts for the guardian. Problem solved.
But no, they had to exclusively make it a seperate ship and give the T6 Galaxy a "inferior" BOFF layout.

If want the ship trait and the console, it's worth to give 2.5k zen for it. Otherwise go for the fleet version only.
If you buy the Arbiter, you get the discount on the fleet version. (I have both of them)
A Battlecruiser is still a Cruiser. And all Cruisers have Commander Engineer. If you want a Commander Tactical, you need to move to flying Escorts.

Agreed. the cloak is very important on my ship

Yeah. Would really like to load the cloak on mine, you know, since the stats say it CAN be loaded.

July 1st maintainance. Not a long list of fixes, but the cloaking devices will be corrected.
