"Too many attmepts" message

Ever since the emergency maintenance today (5/26/2015) I have received the above message when attempting to log in. I have tried everything I can think of. I have reset my ISP twice, I have tried a different account, I have tried reinstalling the game (which in itself is an issue because I can't log in to patch), I have tried logging in from a different ISP, which is the only thing that has worked, but not a solution since my ISP is the only one I have access to from home. I've even reset my password. I can't get to the support page on STO's site because I get a "page not redirecting properly" message. I can't even email them. I tried the support@perfectworld.com email and it has gotten bounced back to me twice with an undeliverable error. It has now been 4 hours since I can't log in. Any ideas? Or if someone from Cryptic sees this, is there any way I can contact someone directly, like a phone number, since it seems that all other ways of contact are not working? Please help. Getting very frustrated.
