Borg distress calls

While in sector space I am unable to respond to borg distress calls in federation gameplay. I click on the distress call button and am presented with two options. maximum warp to borg location and continue on present course. I click on the maximum warp to location option. I then seem to go into transwarp and arrive at a cube in sector space. I am unable to engage and the scenario never loads. If I click the distress call again, get same two options, click maximum warp and warp back to same exact location. any suggestions?

    I have had the same problem to both my fed and klink toons(my only ones). i read somewhere there might be a bug in that if you have already done it then you cant do it again. But a few days ago i did the distress call twice in a row with no issues.
