Login update

Hi

I am from the UK (Scotland) and I am having an issue with the login update.

The update is only going to 24000kb then stopping with Arc has encountered an error while updating. Please try later.

Is anyone else having this problem?

    Bypass ARC... search your main drive for startrekonline.exe and right click on it and create a shortcut to your desktop and launch the game from the new shortcut. You will not need to use ARC. You will need to enter your user name and password in the game launcher since you are not using ARC but that should work.
