I have now twice played through Roadblocks. I get to the end where I defeat the Klingon attackers, my XO says the mission is complete and to warp to sector space... but when I warp out, the mission is not completed, and it's as if I aborted the mission. That is, in Argelius I get the prompt to Continue: Roadblocks, and if I do, it starts me at the beginning of the mission again.

While we can't get this bug to happen internally, it may be a load-related issue. I'm working on an update that should help to bulletproof the mission and make it more reliable, and I'll send that off for testing shortly.

As long as you're at it, also check to make sure that anyone who skipped the mission because of this bug won't be penalized one their Klingon War set completion even if they have to go back and re-do it next week when the fix rolls out (hopefully).
An annoyance before it's now a gamestopper since it's tied in to Delta Recruit completions.
we did it in a team, one finished, i am stuck. repeated it, restarted it, nothing. gamebreaking for me at the moment. i am going to fly my galaxy instead^^

This please. I'm currently very reluctant to skip it for that reason, and the first two are kind of tedious to redo, so I'd rather not if possible.

I've submitted an update to QA for testing. My investigation shows that this is a load-related race condition, meaning it will not generally show up under normal tests, only when lots and lots of people are playing the mission at the same time. I've put in some data updates that force the mission to proceed in steps that should make it more robust about guaranteeing completion credit.
If the mission does not give you credit for "Roadblocks" at the moment, beam back up to your ship (with the beam up button on your HUD in the upper right) and then try re-entering. If it still doesn't work, you can drop the mission and restart it. As server load decreases the mission should become more reliable. Once it's patched it should be functional every time.

Does this apply to any mission we get an issue like this? I am also having the same problem on "Everything old is new", were it is forcing me to replay the entire 23rd century portion again.

Nope, that does not work either. I tried both of those methods, it's a no go, on both.

Same, this doesn't seem to be working for me.
I find that my BOFF is only mentioning the Iconian object once I'm in the cargobay - so once I've passed through the starting ground map (bar level), which is where the Iconian object is.
In all other instances of Iconian objects so far, I've been told to look for it before I find it. Here, I don't get the 'look for' prompt, and it doesn't show up as a mission objective to be completed at any time during the playthrough.
Hope that information helps. Thanks for looking into it
Quick correction: I tried a 4th playthrough, and noticed that for a brief second when transferring between the bar level and cargobay level, the Delta objective appears - it remained white, and then disappeared without being completed. Stayed on screen for about .5sec, which forced the prompt for my officer to say 'hey, an Iconian object might be here.' But at this point, I can't return to the bar level, so the Delta objective is missed and cleared without completion.
I've found a reliable workaround for the bug. Team up with another player and run the mission together. After performing the inspection, head for the turbolift, but go through one at a time. By having a player in both the main deck and the cargo bay at the same time, the mission will correct its self and successfully record your progress.
If someone in the group didn't get the completed mission, run through again, but have the player with the bugged mission stay behind on the main deck when you head to the turbolift.

Confirming! Same here. Mission will not complete STILL !

You're right, there was no need. Probably just wanted their 15mins of fame.
Oh good grief. No, I didn't see the other one. Why the need to assume bad faith?

That should fix it.
People get annoyed with duplicate threads when the other thread was at the top of the non-stickies. So clearly no searching had gone on etc..
That works

Multi-Vector Adv. Escort U.S.S Crown Royal-B
Heavy Escort Carrier U.S.S. Crown Royal-C
Oddy Tac. Cruiser U.S.S. Beam Boat
This method worked for me:
When you're standing at the turbolift next to the artifact:
1. Pause the zone.
2. Click the turbolift.
3. Unpause the zone.
Finish the mission as normal after that point and it should clear.
