mission reward not received

Upon completing the mission Temporal Ambassador I received a message saying I had received the Yesterday's Enterprise Uniform, however, upon visiting the tailor I found no options in any of the drop down menus for this uniform

I reported this to customer service and after a brief correspondence they decided that this was a mysterious bug that they could not account for and suggested I post here and submit a bug report.

Personally, I suspected that it was simply that this costume was not available to Fed-aligned Romulan characters and that the reward text was incorrect in telling me that I would receive it, but what do I know?

    The Yesterday's Enterprise Uniform isn't a full uniform. Its the belt and chest piece, as the uniform itself was just a slightly modified TNG series uniform.
    BTW... the belt and chest piece is available to all. I can wear it on my Fed allied Romulan as well as my KDF.

    Okay, then it is a bug, since neither part is available to me.

    Available to all EXCEPT Remans. I reported this during closed beta testing of LoR and it still hasn't been fixed. My Reman captain, his Reman boffs, and my Romulan captain's Reman boffs don't have access to the Yesterday's Enterprise chest gear and belt. I know for sure it unlocked because my Reman captain's Romulan boffs, like Toven Khev, can wear the chest gear and belt.

    Would you happen to be a Reman? If so check Tovan Khev and any other Romulan bridge officers you may have. I bet you'll find, like me, that it did unlock but your Remans just can't wear it for some reason. Also check any allied boffs you may have like vulcan, klingon, orion, bajoran, etc. (depending on your allied faction).

    Also of note, my Reman captain is allied with the Federation and has a human and a vulcan bridge officer that can also wear the Yesterday's Enterprise chest gear and belt.
