Captain, I seem to be having trouble filing a support ticket both through the website, and directly.
May I please get a contact e-mail for a member of the support team, or a supervisor, that WILL work for me? i tried the billing address, and it just bounced off of your system stating "hop count exceeded", and the support website is reporting an infinite redirect loop in Chrome on login
EDIT: It looks to be no longer necessary, as the system I was having problems with initially, realized that the jig was up, and cooperated with me. Although I would still like to keep in the loop that these problems occurred for me.
