Server Downtime 02-19-2015

Reports are in and we are experiencing unexpected server downtime, and our team is investigating.

We will get you an ETA as soon as we can.

We apologize for the additional downtime everyone, we are manning our posts and hope to get you back in-game asap.

    They apparently switched over to using tribbles sometime in 2012/2013, the problem is it doesnt stop tacofangs from playing with the derned things

    Considering the number of server disconnects seem to be rising the last few months....

    extended downtime and now this ? , sorry cryptic but the game is nolonger stable and not fun anymore .

    Well I neither take Cryptic nor PWE for serious anymore anyway...but nonetheless the dilettantism that shows here sucks big time!

    Don't bother. That particular team made enough damage as it is. Scrap them and get someone who has the slightest idea on how to make it work.

    i just want to drop that u seemed to have evolved from former comm-patterns regarding maintenance/downtimes for some time now and i as a customer want to say that that is very appreciated!

    The problem is that they ran out of hamsters so they decided to throw in the last two that died into the wheel. Now they have twice as many dead hamsters. They are feeding them every day. there is just a build up of food that is overflowing into the wheel jamming it. The food would not have been an issue if it were properly consumed.

    The only solution now is to get a cat wheel as they have ample of dead hamsters to feed said cat for a while. They have to extend maintenance to make the wheel adjustments.

    I agree this is just a slap in the face on a weekly bases,this game is a total joke at this point and they really need to clean house at perfect world and fire the lot of them this has become the norm sence oct of 2014 every Thursday running 2 to 3 hrs past time and then you log in and bam sorry the server went dow im smirk ill get the red shirt tribble going REALLY that's what you post you need to go!!!

    I think breeding the Tribbles with Rabbits would make for higher productivity and populations.

    A 6 hours downtime for 10 minutes uptime. There'd be some who would be less cheerful about it. :(

    OMG I can't beleive the level of amateurism at work here.

    Errors like that are the subject of jokes in any minimally competent informatics community.
    I am extremely surprised the stakeholders of the Star Trek brand are letting this go on.
    Where did these people come from in the first place?
    I would give a lot to understand what's happening here.
