It looks great, Rainbow Turret Build for me , Plasma Burn Proc from that alone will be worth 2k DPS, easily capable to handle advanced STF.
Specs mean literally nothing, you can run every single piece of content except elites with a T1 Miranda or Connie (both of which are easy to push over 5k dps)
With so many ship choices out there, who cares about specs!
Any T3 ship can compete in the 10k DPS Channel! One does not need specs to have fun and compete.

Hell I'll have to go look at assault cruiser builds I guess lol. Been staying away from Ships with such limited Tac boff slots for awhile. But, with Plasma Doping doesn't seem to matter what ship I put my Engie KDF into, I do 30k+. Doing like 31-33K in the Sarr Theln, Went back to Fleet Corsair for a test, Did 30K. Granted my Embassy Consoles arent Epic, Only one Epic so far, But working on it. Tried out the Bortasqu again last night, 30K.
So I see no reason for this ship, Geared up properly to do Respectable, but not amazing DPS.
Only matters if your trying to push the top of the Charts in DPS. Bet I'd get 20k+ outta it. lol
I might get one to give it a try and see what it is like. If I like it I may get some for a couple more characters. I have always preferred the slower ships as I have never been any good at "escort" play. It was a sad day when I had to give up my Anny Oddy for the Vesta as much as I like it, it is still a second for me.

I realize it would have taken a ton of work and probably not even been possible, but I feel like this ship should not have a bow and stern. It shouldn't really have a "facing" for travel or firing arcs. Perhaps rather than fore and aft weapons, it should have two slots in each 90 degree arc.
Pipe dream, I know, but I don't think I could ever feel right in this ship with strict directional facings.

The stats remind me of those mirror cruisers you can get from the exchange for 100k EC.
I'm not even sure why this ship exists.
Combination of RP potential and being a cheaper alternative to players who don't want to spend millions of EC but still want something they can run level 60 content in.
My only issue with the ship so far is the BOff seat setup. I would've made the LTC seat Universal and the Ensign seat Engineering. And also the fact that it only has 200 Crew.

Since most players think the ship is TRIBBLE. I hope to steal it off the exchange at a sweet deal. So far I like the ship, however I'm deciding on who gets it. My Fed, KDF, or Romulan is the choices. If its cheap enough, I might buy 2 of them to widen my choices on who gets it. So far Im leaning to my Fed or KDF on the ship. I like this better than the Kazon one.

Well, Bought it for way more then it should have been.
But, wanted to play around with it anyways.
Used that above build I Posted couple pages back on my KDF Engineer. Leveled its mastery.
Jumped right into a ISA PUG, Parsed 30k. Or 30.2K lol
So nothing wrong with it. Sure theres better options, And I have them already, but get bored. Since it's only T5U, Missing a console, and only 77k hull 8k Shields.
But, its fun. I like how the KCB fires from the top of the Flying Pyramid. Weapon Hardpoints in good spots.
Shield Visuals all work except Delta, It does nothing to this thing.
But, nice Goldish color option for it. and patterns work on it. Fun Ship. Good size if you like to be close to your weapon fire.
nothing wrong with T5, or T5U. So long as you got gear. Without Plasma Fire I'd parse like 23k.
The thing that I like about the APU ship is that it is a very very solid t5 cruiser that you do NOT have to be in a fleet to get, OR invest heavily in keys OR lobi, OR buy zen OR Grind out dilithium to convert to zen to get.
The APU cruiser is essentially the cheapest cruiser that can get 10 consoles in the game, is very maneuverable for a cruiser, and can run aux to bat. It is a free to play solo players dream. All you have to do is save up the few 100k ec to buy it off the exchange, and 1/12 the cost of a lockbox ship worth of ec to buy the ship upgrade token.
Once I realized all that I became a very big fan of the ship and its place in this crazy world of T5, T5.5, T5-U, T-6, and T6.5 ships. Especially since I no longer feel comfortable recommending people spend money on this game, it is nice to have dirt cheap ships that can be upgraded relatively cheaply that I can point players to. I hope to see more ships like it and the Kazon raider in the future. Hell I am more excited by this ship because of this than I am any of the vaadwaur stuff in this lock box.
It's prob just that its a new toy. But having alot of fun with it. Did a 10k run and got 33k.
Funny how I got the Tac Bortasqu T5U, do 30k and fight to stay alive. Same with the Fleet Kar'Fi T5U. Yet this cheap little UFO T5U I do 33k and have no problems staying alive. wtf? lol
Maybe its the whole 200 Crew count? I dunno. But the thing doesn't bleed with less hull then them others. And that's still taking in 40-50% of the incoming hits and damage.
So It's a solid ship. Wish it was T6, but oh well. Still very good.
And looks badass with the Rainbow coming out of it. lol

You know. I would gladly take part in pre arranged all APU PVP matches. Heck yeah.
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

my impression is that since it does not upgrade for free, and since they put out a very similar free ship for the anniversary, this thing is pointless.
I love the way it looks. I may buy a cheap one later. But its nothing but a cool cosmetic ship to me... it worthless otherwise.

The dress is gold and white. Over 70% people says so. When viewed from a certain screen angle it appears blue and black. The dress displayed on amazon is a blue and black dress, but it's not the same dress in the picture. If you're seeing blue & black you're slightly colored blind. A normal upright screen = white and gold.
