•Reduced the recharge time of all console abilities that had a 3 minute or greater recharge time to 2 minutes.

There are currently a number of console abilities that still have cooldowns exceeding the new 2 minute standard. The most recent is the [Console - Universal - Resonant Dissipation Matrix] from the Breen Sarr Theln Carrier. Duplication is as simple as using the abilities themselves, though a full outline of testing can be provided if necessary. To my fellow players, if you see any others that you would specifically like to point out please feel free to add a mention below and I will update the OP with a running list.
