Getting a metric ****ton of disconnections after today's update whatever it was. My network is fine, I've run some tests, it's the game. Cryptic you broke something again, please fix it. Happens for me like the OP said, or just randomly after a while of normal gameplay.
Same issue as above was fine before the patch on Thursday.... now takes for ever for the launcher to load and i get disconnected all the time and lagging really bad.

A over 2 second delay, starting from your modem/gateway !?!? when the expected value should be less then 20 ms... Reboot the Modem/Gateway and see if this improves the condition. If it doesn't, then you will need to contact your ISP Tech Support and have them send someone out to take a look at the Unit for replacement...

I can get Arc to work, but cannot get past the launcher screen. GameClient.exe has stopped working. This has been since the newest Windows update. I've been able to get around it by restoring my system to a previous one, but now even that doesn't do it. Suggestions?
well I still cant play the game for disconnecting from the server constantly and iv done everything and every option I can and still my isp says there is no problem and sto blames my isp and wont go any further to find out wats going on so if things cant get fixed soon im afraid ill have to quit the game and after 4 yrs. and just bought a new ship and equipment and then everything went to hell with the game I don't know what to do now lol
I mean its been a week now and customer support what the hell are they really for if they don't even look into your problem and just generic responces for the most part lol
