Can't log in/Fatal Error Direct3D

I know some people were having issues with this yesterday. Is anyone else still having this problem? After I click "Engage" and it goes to the black screen with Cryptic in white, the status bar on the bottom of the screen where is was "Logging..." never progresses and I then get a error message saying Fatal Error Direct3D driver...

I have been working a ticket with Support since yesterday and have gotten no closer to being able to play. Is anyone else having this problem? Has anyone had this problem and then fixed it? PLEASE HELP!!
