Getting D/Ced at Every Single Map Change

Hello there,
Since (roughly) about the time that the patching for the Winter event started, I have been getting D/Ced at every single map change, without fail. I know I'm not the only one since I've spoken with a few other friends (not in the same area - not even the same state/country) and my partner also experienced identical issues.
What's the deal? Is there any ETA on a fix for this? And an extension to the Winter Event because I can't access it like this... I can't even get there.
