The website is experiencing technical difficulties. Normal game play is not affected?

So, I met with this issue like on last Sunday, I guess. Getting in to the game was not a prob and the gameplay was fine. No lags. But why is my launcher showing this error? I mean, why did this issue occur all of a sudden?

Please fix it. It is impossible to know whether the servers are up or down, and check what are the new events, etc. etc.

    Well... Normal gameplay is not affected? I started having lags and being disconnected form game server... After that I tried to restart the client and hoped it'll fix... Now... I saq this error in loader and game is not loading... (after restart I see "Loading. Please wait" on an empty black window of the loader)

    If not being able to start the game means "gameplay is not affected", I can't imagine, what you define as problem, that will affect normal gameplay.

    I just want to know the reasons and maybe some notice, that you're looking into this problem... Ideally, information about fixing the problem, but that is not absolutely necessary...

    EDIT: third attempt even showed me most of the graphical content and Patch button. and after few minutes loaded the rest of the pictures... now it is checking for patch... but the noctice disappeared...

    EDIT2: After cca 10 minutes game loaded. Be patient. :)

    Same here, the launcher wouldn't finish loading all of the graphics, an crashed once completely. Most of the time it says it can't log me on and I have to try logging on again via the launcher instead of through arc. When I have more time I will try just waiting.

    For me, it shows a pic of a starfleet tactical officer with a phaser pistol aiming at something :P.(It can be seen in the forum header)

    And then there is a red box with that message. Like I said, logging in, getting into the game is fine. Even the gameplay is smooth.
