And what struck me: I made a new char and built it up as usual piece by piece. I was quite strong and everything was fine. Then I met with this Char (as with my others) on this Super-Heavy Artillery and was disconnected during the battle two times from the server. Then I felt my ship and my character were to "defaults" reset or something like this, so that I generally have much less power and now everything is much harder. How it can be?
it not just the patrol mission with this problem battle of korfez also now suffering withis problem
im not the most powerfull but even in a group of good player u can nolonger pass 1st section due to heavry ship spawning with random hp lvls
sometimes the 1st ship u hit has about 150k hp then the rest after killing it has anything from 1mill to 1.6mill hp and there is noway to kill them all in 4 minutes total bs
also with this pve i did come across 1 vaawar heavry ship with 1.825mill hp {did have a screeen shoot but forgot to save it}
so now u cant pass 1st section of the pve with all the other bugs in this mission alone will neaver be completed {total 9 bugs in 1 pve lols}
When is that exactly? It's still bugged and should we just skip it for now? THANKS
Yes it's still bugged. There hasn't been a patch since it was fixed.
I'm hoping at some point they may also address the 'shield hardness' of 'advanced' npcs, it's so damned boring trying to take some of them out that I switched back to Normal so I could actually enjoy some missions. Sitting with auto fire on whilst you drink a cup of coffee just to take out one ship is not enjoyable.

I definitely agree that the Heavy Artillery Ships have too much armor and HP in normal difficulty. When fighting them with cruisers, the fights are long and boring. When fighting them with my raider, they're very difficult and long. The Heavy Artillery ships shell out tons of physical DPS which raiders/escorts and their small hull HP's do not like.
PS: Only some of the Heavy Artillery Ships have excessive HP and armor.
I also ran into one of the super Vaadwaur Heavy Artillery vessels (super high HP) in "All that Glitters" but it looks like they are going to fix it from the 13 November 2014 patch notes.

Normal level, and I'm stuck on the line and cannot progress.
Spams assault ships like mad, its barrage and multiple tri cobalt torpedoes, don't stand a chance.

I knew using Kinetics would be playing the game on hard mode, but what I didn't realize was how bad the deck is stacked against Kinetics.
