Not put Advanced into a state where my fleet/rep gear is completely unjustified again. Suspect everyone complaining will get their way, though. Maybe not this week, but soon enough.

play on ELITE if Advanced it too easy. THAT is why the implemented a third setting!
My build isn't ready for Elite. It's too good for Normal. If only there were some mythical middle setting that it performed well in...
But at least you can play on advanced to gain the items you need to get ready for elite, even if it is easy.
Someone playing on Normal does not get any of the items they need to improve for advanced.
They can solve this one of those way:
1. Make Advanced easier
2. Add the "unique" rewards (VR Mats, Processors/etc) to the Normal queues, but at a lower drop rate.
One of those two needs to happen or new players are SOL, which is bad for the game. I would be fine with either solution, but they need to implement one or the other before it's too late.
I would prefer to see 2 (and I've been arguing this since the expansion dropped), but I suspect 1 is more likely. And that's why I make my opinion known.
Well, if you think a few shinies are going to sort this game out... the issues run a lot deeper than a few points of xp.
A world to defend
A city to protect
innocents to save

2) Modify EXP/Skill Point/Mastery tables. Completion of missions and queues especially those involving a low number of enemy ships to destroy need to give out more XP.
3) Fix Mirror Event to offer delta marks.
4) Review the advanced queue fail conditions and tweak those that have too high of a failure rate to be a tad more forgiving. Keep to the principle of allowing a single highly skilled player to carry a bad group.
5) Review the elite queue fail conditions and tweak those that have too high of a success rate to be a tad more difficult. Ensure they require the team to be highly skilled, coordinated, and not something that can just have DPS thrown at it to complete.
I expect one of those to happen this week. Two this month. Rest I doubt will change before a new season is released.
1.) Tray issue.
2.) Stop Lying. XP and Delta marks - you say one thing then do the opposite
3.) Raise the dil awards to comparable levels in Advanced queues.
4.) Add VR materials to normals and advanced.
- then -
Engage the services of a headhunter. You need new management.
1) HP levels on Advanced restored to the old Elite levels.
2) Some tweaking of the optionals on Advanced. Azure Nebula Rescue and Defend Rhioa Station for example are utterly impossible under the current time limit.
3) Increase XP gain. Its insanely low right now. And be up front about this. So no more stealth nerfing the DOFF stuff.
They can keep the rewards what they are if they like. I know I'd rather pass the optionals and not spend forever killing one bloody enemy over a return of better rewards. If I'm gonna grind, make it fun at least.
After the specialization fiasco, the accusations, the retractions, the apologies. the rage quits, dead queues, and general bad feeling at what should have been a time of great fun in the game, what would you like to see Cryptic doing this coming week?
For me they should do the following.
1. Restoration of all previous dilithium rewards with a 1440 reward for elite STFs
2. XP earned from current sources in game such as ship kills should be doubled for normal, tripled for advanced and quadrupled for elite difficulties.
3. XP for doff missions should actually give what it advertises rather than the 30% reduction you actually get.
4. All previous story missions should give a standard 5000 XP per replay (slightly more than an Argala patrol) on normal, 7000 XP on advanced and 10,000 XP on elite difficulties.
5. Advanced STF difficulty should be scaled down by a factor of 2.
6. Normal STF difficulty(mirror etc) should be scaled up by 50% (the current normal could be called training mode or something and give very limited rewards as it is ridiculously easy and zero challenge to all but the noobiest of noobs
7. All foundry missions should give 10,000 XP once per day, ie investigating officer reports mission.
In addition there must be a statement of intention regarding the following.
That a thorough investigation into the problem of loadouts is underway and will be rectified within a reasonable timeframe
That those people that have to play the game with a MAC are given some indication of when they may be able to do so again
That a team has been assigned to investigate and prioritise the other bugs that have been repeatedly posted in this forum and that a general QoL (quality of life) pass will be instigated as soon as possible
Finally I would like to see a statement that indicates that:
a: there is more to the Delta Rising story and
b: time frame for the continuation of the story
There's probably a shed load more but they are the main points continually brought up by our fleet members.
Thoughts?
1. Geko said rewards under investigation. I personally hope for a buff this week or next. 480, 960, and 1440 for each difficulty as they are now is good.
2. XP for kills is fine right now.
3. I believe a dev has acknowledged this as a bug. A fix would be nice.
4. I believe all story replays started after a patch should award the XP you stated. All story missions in progress do not change. This would be to prevent people from just saving and cashing in.
5. Advanced difficulty is fine. Bring a gravity well or tractor beam repulsors and actually talk to your team.d
6. People already say normal is too hard. Scaling it up would make people complain. I personally think its a joke and can solo normal. Just leave it as it is.
7. Good idea.
For loadouts, I believe it is under investigation and if Cryptic announces a time frame for fixing it, people will just complain. Plus it is hard to get an accurate time frame if they do not know what is causing the problem. It would be amazing if this were fixed soon though.
Mac clients are same as above except I have no clue if it is under investigation. I would assume it is.
The team you refer to is QA and they do prioritize the bugs. Devs themselves investigate them when there is time. Bugs are not simply just "fix it." They take time to determine the cause of and fix.
There is confirmed to be more story content for Delta Rising. Once again with the time frame, if it were announced, people would just complain. Have fun with what we have.
The only thing I think I would add to this is that I want to see the elite versions of our traditional 3 STF's (Infected, Cure, and Khitormer). Can't wait for those to be released. Also, the gear/dilithium queues would be nice to see again but I'm assuming they're being tweaked.
Less overall XP, because players should not find ways to rocket through 10 levels.
No PvP updates. Because who cares about PvP anyway.
More grinding, because people should give Cryptic more money so that Geko can get his well earned hamburgers.
Rig the Dil Exchange so that people are forced to pay of farm excessive amounts of Dil.

Keep the zoom levels from changing. I get so sick of zooming back out everytime I warp to a different sector.
...Oh thats right- they supposedly fixed that. Bbzzzzzztt, guess they didn't on KDF toons. And don't get me started on those new sector maps, tablet friendly doesn't mean 'better'.

Can I just have a 200k ore refining cap for a day instead? It'd be nice to empty out that swimming pool, have a reason to go for the stuff again...
I'd like to see IGA fixed.

I read this out on teamspeak and we want to know what he did wrong now?
Sorry for the hi-jack
lol I hear you brother.
Yep. This. Yesterday would have been great too - the PUG I was in had 10/10 SB health, which I've never seen before. Yea us, boo no Delta Marks
