other things I could be responding to... sigh...
Maybe they did it to try and put people off posting the same thing in multiple threads in a short period of time. You know, like you're doing with that question. :P

I might be watching a bit of Big Bang Theory if I'm repeating myself... or I'm repeating myself because I've asked the question before and it seems to have been missed. It's polite to repeat if the other person clearly didn't notice. Is it not? Is it not? Is it not?

Hahaha! Love the Big Bang Theory, yeah I do agree that it'd be nice to get some feedback on why we now need to wait five minutes between posts. I just couldn't resist the chance to make a joke about it. (That's probably part of the reason right there hahaha.)

Main Trait: "Annoying as Hell"
Causes INSTANT aggro generation from nearby NPCs (friendly or enemy.) Aggro builds as time in proximity of NPCs increases. Aggro remains until character is killed or merged into another being as a result of a Transporter accident.:D;)

Anything about the ridiculous low xp after lvl 60 please?
Working as intended, please ready previous patch notes from 10/23.
Here is a clip from notes...
"The Skill Points and Expertise rewarded for defeating NPCs below the players current level have been updated.
They now correctly scale starting at one level below the player.
Defeating NPCs that are 5 levels below you now properly award far less skill points and expertise to prevent exploitative gameplay."
you just need to farm L60 or higher mobs.
farming lower level mobs is "exploitative gameplay" (their words).... so stop cheating!

I don't talk about this - xp for defeating L60 or higher mobs is ridiculous low, no matter which difficulty you use and especially defeating L60+ in elite difficulty is a total waste of time.

This too is working as intended... also addressed in the 10/23 patch notes...
"Resolved an issue that resulted in the XP earn rate for skill points to be incorrect.
Prior to Delta Risings launch, the XP earn rate for defeating an Elite NPC was 1.75 times that earned from defeating a Normal NPC.
With the launch of Delta Rising, that value was incorrectly changed to cause the player to earn 5.0 times the amount of XP earned from defeating an Elite NPC compared to defeating a Normal NPC.
This update will set the skill point earn rate for defeating Elite NPCs to 2.0 times that earned from defeating a Normal NPC.
Resolved an issue that resulted in the XP earn rate for skill points to be incorrect.
This update will set the skill point earn rate to 2.0x normal.
Prior to Delta Rising the earn rate was 1.75x normal."
So the previous "5X" xp you were getting in Elite has been officially declared a bug (and never intended) and those who took advantage of it was exploiting the bug to increase their leveling... which is why folks had their Spec points taken away.
The current XP is how the game will is suppose to be and is now working as intended.
On a side note: Pre-DR the HP of mobs in Elite was 2X that of normal, for killing elites you got 1.75 times the XP of normal. So boosting mobs HP to 6X and awarding 5X xp was totally not intentional.
My button layout doesn't seem to be saving and I've noticed a few people have posted a bug reports recently about the issue, so I was wondering if that could be added to the patch list.

I am thrilled with these patch notes, and especially the vet rewards announcement, as it was unexpected. However, I'd love to get some feedback at least on the graphics-related issues (not the ones causing crashes that are mentioned in the patch notes, but the incorrect aspect ratio issues for most of the graphics)... At least a heads up notice that it's being looked at...

At least you don't call me a cheater anymore but i guess that you are still below level 60 or that you rarely fight on elite difficulty or that you never actually check what you get. Otherwise you would know what i'm talking about.
E.g. for a L60+ elite (wich is still dumb as a piece of bread but takes ages till i burned down the millions of hull with my 27k dps ship) i get +944 xp, +944 expertise and +2598 again expertise and this looks clearly like a bug - it looks like the x2 xp is payed out as expertise instead of xp. Beside the fact that expertise is completely useless for the most level 60+x player.

that upgrade token... per account... really? actually (correct me if i'm wrong) the first perk for only one toon on an account? make it one per toon as it should be! or one fleet ship module "per account" as well? lmao
btw, as someone who looks at a whole brigade of t5 fleet ships: only ship i bothered updating was my fleet b'rel (sex sells). i won't upgrade any else, it's just pointless without a way to get em to full fleet t6! same for all my lockbox ships. not touched a single one and probably won't ever will again. u want to know what i think as a customer about such buisness strategies?!
actually, to conclude: ur looking for monetization folks on your website while u miss major opportunities (money out of a few new ships instead out of all existing ones lol), one after the other and push solutions no one wants (dil-sink, no upgrade path for ships,...)...

We will be bringing down Star Trek Online tomorrow, Thursday, October 29th, at 7AM PDT (click here to view in your timezone) for our weekly scheduled maintenance and to apply a new patch. Patch notes can be found here, and we expect this maintenance to last for 2.5 hours. The test server, launcher and access to manage your account may also be unavailable during some portions of the maintenance.
