Assimilated Regenerative Shield Array

Good afternoon,
I believe this may be a bug. I have the assimilated regenerative shield array from the reputation system and prior to the release of Delta Rising, the shield had a value of 6022 and a regen rate of around 313 (going by memory). However, recently I noticed that the shield value dropped to 5475 and the regen rate to 289. Now I have not tried to upgrade it or anything along those lines.

I guess my question, is this a bug or was there a stealth nerf that we were not made aware of? I submitted a support ticket, but nothing has been addressed yet. I'll also submit a bug report when I log in tonight. Any ideas?

*Edit*
Also if someone does look into it. The character is Xathris@revelator6674. I have the shield on a second character Veraxian@revelator6674 and the shield, on this second character, has the original stats 6022 shield value with a regen of 313. So it only seems to be affecting the one character.

Bug report submitted in game as well. I can provide screen shots if they're required.

Did you change ships, respec your skills, or alter your Trait loadout?

Many different factors control your Shield Capacity. The item's data you're referring to has not been altered internally for a very long time, so I'm inclined to say this is due to one of those many factors changing on your character.

I did change ships, but nothing else. But I'm talking about the base capacity and regen rates. It's only this character that is showing the decreased stats, even in the reputation window. My other characters that either own it or can buy it are showing the original stats of 6022 capacity and 313.7 regen rate.

I double checked on my fleet avenger and Guardian Cruiser as well as my eclipse intel cruiser and the shield is all showing the lower values of 5475 cap and 285.2 regen rate. My spec has not changed.

The base capacity and regen depends on the shield modifier of the given ship.

Your numbers definitely are weird because the Fleet Avenger should have 10% more shields at base compared to the Eclipse and the Guardian.
TOIVA, Toi Vaxx, Toia Vix, Toveg, T'vritha, To Vrax: Bring in the Allegiance class.
Toi'Va, Ti'vath, Toivia, Ty'Vris, Tia Vex, Toi'Virth: Add Tier 6 KDF Carrier and Raider.
    Tae'Va, T'Vaya, To'Var, Tevra, T'Vira, To'Vrak: Give us Asylums for Romulans.

Don't make ARC mandatory! Keep it optional only!

That's what I thought was well.

Yep shield modifier throws it off big time.

Although the issue might be the one of instanced space versus looking at it in sector space or ground. The only time you are going to see the actual stats is instanced space any other location you are in is just going to give you all those stats before all that stuff bort was referring too.

Was looking at it in earth space dock and I compared it on 3 different vessels, one of them a fleet avenger with 1.1 shield mod and the stats were the same on all three ships. So I don't know. Maybe it's just a display bug, I have no idea though.

Local Space or on the actual ESD map?

Local space. I was switching ships as the cool down allowed to try and figure it out.

Hmph... something is odd about what's being displayed then, since...

...the Fleet Avenger should have a 1.1 Shield Mod and the Guardian should have a 1.0 Shield Mod. You should be seeing different numbers for those two ships, even in the mouse-over at the Ship Selection menu; I'd guess the final test would be to physically equip the shields on each ship and compare each in Local Space (not the tooltip, but the actual Stats).

You might also check and see if your character was hit with a forced Respec for some reason... that's been going around lately, and might account for the sudden drop in Shield Points.
