Game unplayable in current state

So what's the issue? I wasn't having this problem except for on tribble during testing pre-delta rising, but now I can't even finish a single episode without multiple game crashes. The sound will lag up and then the game just shuts off. No error warning or anything, just boom, back to desktop.
