Except for T5-U costs and story missions, can you elaborate further on what you are expecting with these blogs you want? I would think we have all the info we need on them.
Well, They did tells us awhile back, that They had FORTY (40) Blogs to dole out...
I don't believe we are anywhere near that number yet.
Are we even halfway to that number?

Looks like they split their blogs over several pages and that may bring up the 40 count rather than 40 specific blogs, ie Eclipse is one blog, Guardian another etc so just the intel ship blog could count as six (one for intro and one for each of the five released ships)

Doffs, Boffs, Story, Traits, Lock Box, Enemy Details/Abilities etc. Much of this has been previewed on the Twitch live feeds, but not everyone watches them, at the least a blog overviewing the detail covered during the feed.
Price points for the upgrade tokens, new ships, uniforms, species (if any) via Z-Store, hell even from a commercial perspective you would expect them to have a last minute push on the Delta Packs..
So what exactly dose 'community manager' acualy mean?
They manage the community.
They can't help it if the community is essentially a pack of feral wombats who'll go for the neck whenever one of their captors visibly displays weakness. Its a tough job because, most of all, those wombats have absolutely no incentive to behave like humans. They can just hop away after each attack and blend in with the shfitng mass of brown fur and gnashing teeth that makes up the larger player base. After all, each is just a wombat and except for a few scars its indistinguishable form its fellow pack mates.
In short: anonymity + an open platfrom = ****ing muderous animals that require thick skin and, preferably, a long pole to interact with (the latter of which is probably what we're seeing the result of now.)
Bipedal mammal and senior Foundry author.
Notable missions: Apex [AEI], Gemini [SSF], Trident [AEI], Evolution's Smile [SSF], Transcendence
Looking for something new to play? I've started building Foundry missions again in visual novel form!
It's easy to make negative comments about something you want when it's late or 'they' don't communicate with you as often as you'd like.
Cut the new guy some slack.
We don't see what's happening behind the curtain. The delivery dates were internally hard-fixed long before the new guy took the job. He/she (as I don't know the gender) is likely swamped by both the reality of the situation and the pressing demands of his masters.
Marketing 101.
Now the devs and their to-do lists are another issue..... and a different thread.
At the time of starting this thread we only have 20hrs until maintenance starts, so 24hrs until Delta Rising should go live. I.. Need.. Information.. Dataz.. Update.. Something!! Is anyone else perplexed by the lack of communication from the team this close to it all happening??

I doubt Doffs and Boffs rate a blog. There was a blog showing off the new intelligence powers.
Story...maybe
traits...maybe
Lockbox...i wasn't expecting a new lockbox to drop tomorrow. When they get added to the game we'll see that blog.
Enemy details/abilities...yeah sure.
Your pain runs deep.
Let us explore it... together. Each man hides a secret pain. It must be exposed and reckoned with. It must be dragged from the darkness and forced into the light. Share your pain. Share your pain with me... and gain strength from the sharing.
If Taco isnt busy trying to fix something or crowbar something extra into the release, i'll eat my hat!! He's the 1 person i don't expect to hear from until we go live lol
Yup, I bet he's got a lot of last minute tweks and requests to finish off. Visuals are an area where your never really done, someone else finally tells you to stop.
Except for T5-U costs and story missions, can you elaborate further on what you are expecting with these blogs you want? I would think we have all the info we need on them.
I'd like to know more about the Intel BOFF's. What species we can choose, where we can them from, their ground skills and how we secure say, a rare version of the BOFF or a very rare. In specialisations, I'd like to have a more detailed breakdown of the skills within as Cryptic did state the powers weren't finalised on the tree's.
Well I think the only blog topics left are the impending new lockbox ships and the final topic on the Starfleet Intelligence files for the VA access level.

I know from past experience from blogs that they don't usually put out enemy capabilities in blogs. Did they do this for the Tholians? The Voth?
Lockbox info could be coming today, if not today than tomorrow.
The only ships I am aware that we have left are new ones that will be coming in the next lockbox.
Story content they are not doing in a blog unless it's something special like Temporal Ambassador, Sphere of Influence, A Step between Stars or Surface Tension. While they released story content out on Tribble, only gold people could access it and a majority of the story is probably being witheld because of spoilers (there are those whom don't want to know the story until they get into it).
Traits, I assume you mean the ones that are separate from the reputation passive traits, will probably be lockbox obtainable only, unless they do something similar with Surface Tension and give those as rewards.
As far as upgrade token pricing goes, I've heard it's from 500 to 1000 zen based on the ship.
I'm sure if we were getting a new playable species that they would have said so already. I know in the past they said they would look at adding Talaxians, Kazon and Ocampans as playable species. These could still come out later.
Finally, as far as uniforms go, we know that there's an intelligence uniform that right now is tied into the Delta Rising Operations pack. That may or may not be on saile in the C-store along side the Talaxian uniforms.
Besides past experience, the other reason to expect a lockbox to drop tomorrow is that the current lockbox "replay" ends on the 14th. Does anyone really expect a lockbox free environment for any length of time in the current iteration of this game?
DR Lockbox info
Intel Boffs (wut, where, how)
T5U Cost, official upgrade data.
Last intelligence report
Story stuff
Voyager revamp (may be later)
Don't forget transcripts of all missions.
Youtube video's of all mission playthoughts.
Where to find all the easter eggs.
And the announcements of Season 10.
I MEAN REALLY!!!

Pretty much my thoughts exactly. About the only difference is that Cryptic has kept the details outside of the tribble leak in the dark this time around.
At the time of starting this thread we only have 20hrs until maintenance starts, so 24hrs until Delta Rising should go live. I.. Need.. Information.. Dataz.. Update.. Something!! Is anyone else perplexed by the lack of communication from the team this close to it all happening??
*Edited to correct my inability to tell time
I did a double-take this weekend, as the Cryptic parking lots were completely empty. I figured there might be some last minute QA work. Nope! You can assume the code is delivered and locked in. What we get this week is what we get.
I get a stronger impression that Cryptic is waiting for the DR release, then reacting to P1 or P2 bug fixes. Until then, it's Miller Time[tm].
DR Lockbox info

T5U Cost, official upgrade data.

Like I said in my previous post, DR lockbox info will probably be released either today or tomorrow, more likely tomorrow because of how they released the Xindi lockbox information.
Here's what we know of Intelligence boffs: We know that we cannot train current boffs, as stated from the Intelligence Officer blog:
Q: Can my existing Bridge Officers be trained in this new Specialization?
A: Not at the time of the release of Delta Rising. We are investigating internally if this additional functionality can be added at some point in the future, but cannot commit at this time.
We know that we can get intelligence bridge officers through requisitions at the major faction hubs, via tribble patch notes from 9/11.
Players can now buy Intelligence Bridge Officers at any Requisition Officer.
They can be found in the Intelligence Specialists tab.
These Bridge Officers have access to brand new space and ground abilities.
In addition to the new bridge officers, players can now buy new Intelligence Bridge Officer powers at any Officer Training contact.
T5U cost probably they want people to discover for themselves. I and several others in this thread have stated that they put out the estimated cost of $5 to $10, which is equal to 500 to 1000 zen. Furthermore, it's been stated that some ships could cost more to upgrade than others.
As for official upgrade data, I think they prefer to let people find out for themselves. Do you want to know EVERY thing about a console game before you sit down and play it?
Final Intelligence report is no doubt the Vaadwaur, as they are the big baddy based on the Kobali adventure zone info.
Story stuff won't be coming out in a blog period. Only special cases.
Voyager revamp will probably come when they are ready to release the player version.
TL;DR version
DR lockbox info-probably tomorrow
Intelligence bridge officers-buyable from major faction hubs, current boffs not trainable for intel.
T-5U info: Essentially wait and see for sure.
Last Intelligence species Report: probably tomorrow if not today.
Story info: No chance in hell.
Voyager revamp: playable version not coming at launch.
Final Intelligence report is no doubt the Vaadwaur, as they are the big baddy based on the Kobali adventure zone info.
Those few hundred noobs in outdated junk who escaped from craphole of their planet by subspace tunnels ?
Thats a twist...
Devore looked more like major DC power.

I think the Devore could still be an enemy later on. They seem to be more along the lines of the Octanti as far as hatred of a certain group goes: They have a hatred of telepaths (Vulcans count due to their ability to mindmeld, Betazoids due to their abilities). They wouldn't be going around destroying other races though.
The Vaadwaur though were the ones whom escaped in voyager. You don't think in 32 years things could have changed that much if they're using the underspace to travel to areas that they once controlled, biding their time and resources for a big strike? As far as we know, they are not under the control of The Iconians, which would mean that everything that happens in the Dela Quadrant is Voyager's doing really.
I know from past experience from blogs that they don't usually put out enemy capabilities in blogs. Did they do this for the Tholians? The Voth?

i guess it just comes down to basing my expectations on the previous expansion. i would have been more than happy with the same format and nothing extra.. but.. the run up to this release has felt pretty disjointed, lacking that continuity we had with LoR. i certainly dont have enough knowledge of what goes on behind the scenes to point any fingers, but after thier very honest admittance of a communications issue for the Xindi release, i felt they would have been a little more proactive in their approach to this release. we have had lots of great information, its just a real shame that it hasnt really flowed. rather than being fed details we have almost had to scurry around, scavanging for it.
or maybe im just making mountains out of mole hills in my impatience for it to be here already lol
"Big blog(s) coming out tomorrow. They involve ships. And bridges. And boxery!"
...over on ye Twitter.
ahaaa.. scurry and scavenge!!
think this may be the issue for me after all, i think they should be duplicating info across all mediums, rather than splitting the info across them, or have i missed some postings in here?

One of the most damning criticisms of the CM work recently has been the extremely unprofessional way the fora are neglected in favour of things like twitter.
