Is The Server Up Or Not? (Yes)

There's an annoucement on both FB and Twitter that the server was down for repairs. But, now it's up. I can't seem to be able to get past the ARC starter page into the Star Trek online game. Is the server up or not?

Been playing for the last couple of hours. Came back up around 5 hours ago, IIRC.

(ETA) And am connected through ARC.

Maybe.

Could be a problem between you and the servers.
