Thursday Livestream - Preview of T6 Intel Ships

Join STO Community Manager CaptainSmirk this Thursday, September 18th, 2014 at 08AM PDT (click here for your local time) for a Livestream preview of the new T6 Intelligence ships and their amazing new powers!

We will be running our Livestream during our regularly scheduled weekly maintenance, so replicate yourself some coffee and bacon and join us on TwitchTV for our early show!

We will have our crew ready to answer your questions and give out prizes* during the show.

We will have a special special viewer participation goal for this show that we will announce during the broadcast that will reward viewers with a prize!

This week we will also be giving away a Logitech G100s Optical Gaming Mouse to one lucky viewer!

    As with all the other livestreams, I'll be at work. Though I was surprised by the last one when it was still going when I got home... for all of like 10 minutes, but still.

    I'll give you a better one which is found around these parts, Bakon Kona Stout. Beer with Kona coffee and smoked bacon flavor.

    They already are, but they're doing closed testing with specific people, not open.

    Bacon, alcohol, AND coffee? I don't trust this. This looks potentially too good to be true.

    It's extremely dark and tastes like drinking smoked bacon. My 2nd least favorite beer Rich makes, but it does exist, and has its fans. Cucumber wasabi is my least favorite Shebeen beer. The first experimental batches looked greenish and tasted like cucumber juice more than beer. Yuck.

    Heck, he does do a cannoli beer that has sugar on the glass rim and chocolate shavings and it's awesome. He also does a beer with mashed potatoes. You can smell it on the foam.

    PWE and Cryptic Games will be undergoing network maintenance starting at 6AM PDT on 9/18/2014. Players may have difficulty connecting or staying connected during this maintenance.     Looking forward to it. I'm hoping I can learn to like the ship designs more if I can see them from new angles. I've been wanting a glimpse of the Eclipse's aft torpedo tubes if ya know what I mean.

    Awesome, looking forward to see in-flight the Phantom, the Eclipse and the Faeht aka Fajita warbird :D

    Just one small request maybe, if its possible. Can we have a preview of the Delta Alliance Reputation Space and Weapon sets please? With the bonus skills and everything...

    It was really nice that we got to see the ground set and bonus set skill in action in the Kobali adv zone livestream. A big Thank You for that.
    And it would be even nicer to see the space variants, especially the bonus abilities like that Isokinetic Cannon 3 pc bonus skill from the weapon set :)

    I'll probably be watching. Hope the ships get shown off in the shipyard a bit, so we can see some of the alternate parts. :cool:

    Although I will be unable to attend due to RL work, I think this is a great use of time, having the live stream show, during scheduled maintenance. I think this might be a great way to proceed, into the future.:)

    Okay, interesting timing. I'm done with school around that time. I might make it to be back at home in time. But then, I might not. We'll see. Officially I'm only finished half an hour in, but we'll see about that.

    Coming up in just 2 hours, our first Star Trek Maintenance Livestream starts, over on our channel at www.twitch.tv/perfectworld_community where I will be bringing you a small demonstration of the Starfleet T6 Intelligence Ships!

    I'll be running through some gameplay using each of the three classes to show off the amazing design and art direction these ships are showcasing, as well as a look at some of the cool new abilities that they are capable of.
