i am having this wierd issue with arc.

I have a life time subscription to sto. been playing since it opened. well i decided to load Champions and try it out. i went to look at the subscriptions they had on sale. and it made me change my password. now i try and log in there and it gives me this "You dont have cookies allowed and they must be to access this."

then i get an email something about " hey your accessing your account from a new computer" email and a code to put into some thing called account guard.

Never mind i was in STO last night. i cant find any place to input this damn code and now i cant even run the patch for sto. much less the patch for champions.

I cant call anyone at their damn company to help me. (never mind it is poor customer service and if i had this issue in Star Wars i would have someone to talk to) so im forced to hope i can get some help here.

can anyone help me or am i just screwed forever now?

Are your "cookies" enabled?

I think you have to try and log in, then you get a special code through the email which you input through a link that takes you to your PWE account.

But first, refer to the question regarding cookies...could be the only cause

Try using a different browser, for some reason the cryptic account login hates some versions of IE, I had the same issue until I tried it in Chrome which worked perfectly.
