just watch out for the borg torpedoes...they have special ones that can drain shields fast, and i've noticed that while ha'taks tend to be heavily armed and maneuverable for vessels of their size, they pay for it by being very lightly armored

Ba'al says to hit the biggest Borg installations we can find with C-fractional strikes until they're space dust and keep shooting until they're all dead.

He's already in the Time Jumper and ready to make a break for it. I suggest that we sling some fullerened antimatter at the Borg at .999 c.

At that speed, it should hit the Borg in, what, 500 years, taking into account relativity?

I have a better idea. Stargate, sun, boom, no more Borg.

No, you sit on the outskirts of the system and shoot rocks really fast. It only takes a few seconds per shot.

    Although...

Give the Stargate-blow-up-sun idea a shot.

NO. The Sovereign says no reverse-engineering Borg tech, period.

Unless you can give him enough Borg neural processors, dilithium, energy credits, and those little green medals that drop from Borg corpses.

    ...

    1/2(1,000,000,000kg) * .9c^2 = 36.45 yottajoules (yotta=10^24)

That's a little more than the energy the sun imparts on the earth over the course of six years.

That's for one average-sized asteroid getting accelerated to .9c

Trust me, he'll notice the extra zeros.

    One word. ZPM.

We stole a few dozen from the Ancients courtesy of the Time Jumper.

That plus our naquadriah generators equals all the energy you need, courtesy of Space Magic (tm).

Where am I sending these things, anyway? I kinda need specific coordinates to aim at, because once you get a billion-ton boulder moving at the better part of light speed, it doesn't stop until it hits something bigger.

Colonization Minister Ryan218 has the system coordinates. Hang out around the system's equivalent of a Kuiper belt and shoot rocks at Borg ships and installations.

Be sure to use lots and lots of fullerened antimatter. Ba'al is a firm believer in There Is No Kill Like Overkill.
