I mean hell getting mad at the alliance or council for any of their decisions might be considered a violation. But since the quarians are capable of interstellar travel if they ask us to help I think its fine. I mean it was alright to help the romulans when they asked for it.

(She motions Jeesica 2 t come sit next to her) We are looking at this from the wrong way. what if we gave them the local currency, and let them figure out what to do with it. I know, we hadn't even established ourselves here, but raw materials are still raw materials. Iron is Iron, Water is Water, Uranium is Uranium, while we may not need it, someone else does, and we can probably get it in their local currency, then gift that ti the Quarians, and they can use it as they please.
