Hmm, well nothing. If they haven't figured it out yet, they can stew in ignorance.
*Smiles at her.*
I mean, even before we both knew, we weren't very subtle. Really, we went on an expensive vacation to the planet of love... alone...

I didn't know it was until we were on our way.
*Thinks for a moment while taking a bite*
Before our vacation, I was pretty stressed out. Now... complete 180.
Would it be egotistical of me to say it was I who did that?
*Smiles jokingly.*

Well... you did have a hand in it.
*Takes another bite*
I'm starting to wonder if Shadow's alright though. We haven't heard from him for a while. Worffan... might have talked his boss into a vacation.
(Gaia would know about Omega as well, and probably would want to steer clear of it, but Ouranus might be curious...)
Not really sure what they are...
They're just little pastries, cher. Powdered sugar on top of golden, fried bread.
*Taps chin.*
I should have gotten some chocolate sauce as well...
(Hmm, he wouldn't be there, and wouldn't have direct connect so he wouldn't anger Gaia. He'd be the force behind it, and definitely the main scientist would know.)

*Returns to see Jade working on something*
Can't. Gotta get things rolling on this. I doubt Starfleet would send an Omega Team to deal with this, so
*The console in front of her shows schematics for a Gravimetric Torpedo*

Never did like math... or engineering.

I'm adapting a design used by Captain Janeway during Voyager's time in the Delta Quadrant. We can build the torpedoes aboard the Lexington, find Omega, and use this to destroy it safely without damaging subspace.

Hmm... well... maybe I can help?

Pull up a chair. I could use a second pair of eyes.
I said I didn't like math, didn't mean I was deficient. I can probably help with the things you don't clearly understand.
*Starts working with her. Problems and equations pass in matters of seconds but some seem to take hours. In the end, they have a theoretically plausible torpedo ready for construction.*
Well... that was like the Twelve Labors of Hercules...
Comments
It's what happens when you have a loving Creole boyfriend.
*Sets plates on the table, the benets in the middle. Pulls out a chair for her.*
Milady.
*Smiles goofily.*
*Takes a seat*
So... what are we going to tell worffan and the others anyways?
*Smiles at her.*

*Takes a few bites of french toast.*
*Takes a bite*
Now the question is... who would set up a base in a destroyed system?
*Finishes toast and grabs another benet.*
*Finishes her food*
You don't think its remnants of that rebellion do you?
*Finishes benet.*
Have you had any of these?
(You thinking Ouranus and Gaia?)
Not really sure what they are...

*Bites another benet.*
So... now what?
(Just a heads up, might not be as active this week. Week long seasonal job. Trying to set up something so you're not stuck if the guys appear again.)
Okay then.
I'll go check on who much time is left...
*Goes to cockpit.*
*Comes back.*

*Does so, pulling one up and sitting in it backwards.*
So, maybe you could explain to me what it's supposed to do?
(OOC: I suggest an allusion to a mathematical montage, then come back in towards the end.)
I admit I'm no expert though...
