It looks like we have internal confirmation on server stability. It should be ready for you to log back in. Welcome back, Captains.
You're back!
Are your computer issues fixed? Do I need to get the Minions of Ba'al (tm) to get you a couple of spares? I still have 500 billion Ba'al tokens (approx. 500 billion dollars) worth of nepotism to get done before the end of the month to meet my quota as Grand Vizier. And I've already spent most of my earmarks and pork-barrel projects for Ferenginar, so I can't just earmark it all and call it good.
It is actually a server problem which is still lingering ... I am still stalled at the black screen saying " Loading ... please wait" and their site is also not loading ... while Youtube or Facebook just load fine.

No, cause if the Borg where responsible things would be working more efficiently.
"Server: downtime is irrelevant. Your resistance to being operational is futile. Lower your firewalls and prepare to be assimilated. Oh, and it's your serve. Score is love-50."
I did miss the last day to get some lobi, should of gotten up earlier. BOOOOOO!!!
No, you shouldn't have gotten up earlier. The server should have been available as scheduled. Since it was not, that additional time - the time it was down - should be added.
When somebody averages 4 Lobi a box, with keys going at 2.7m EC...that's over 10m EC lost...because the server experienced an unexpected downtime in the hours preceding the end of the event? If I had the Lobi, perhaps I'd buy a nice shiny tinfoil hat...as is...I'll just have to go with it being what it is...getting folks close to the 200 Lobi mark, dropping the server, having them see the price of keys - deciding to spend ZEN - buying that ZEN...the greatest scam of all time!

Are these server issues possibily the reason I and others have been having problems since last Thursday/Friday? The online connection has been going for me since Saturday.
It started with constant login time outs. After a while, I'd get the launcher but everytime I would click ENGAGE the game would not start up. Then about a minute later, it actually would, like it was on some massive delay. Then the game itself was laggy (but kind of bearable).
By Monday, it was a write off and I couldn't even get the game to bring up the launcher anymore. Every attempted login in was met with a time out.
will thank star trek online staff. we all lost a days worth of lobi crystals. at least u can do is give us that extra 15 lobi crystals for the down time
I've still problem to login...
arcgames.com seems down too.
Same here ... and who cares about web history? It means the server is still having problems , at least for some users.
And it's not just the 15 lobis lost ... it's 3 bloody hours that I can't even play.

When you try connecting to Arcgames, is it currently timing out?

I went off the pc to watch a movie for a little while ... I got back to check the forums and - say - after 10 minutes, I saw the Arcgames site ... then I closed the Arcgames page and I tried to open it again and right now it's actually not loading ... as well as STO : black screen "Loading ... please wait"

I'm having this. It just won't even go into Arc. It just always times out of login.
I was also having these troubles a day or before the server went out. Constant login time outs. After a while, I'd get the launcher but everytime I would click ENGAGE the game would not start up. Then about a minute later, it actually would, like it was on some massive delay. Then the game itself was laggy (but kind of bearable).
The last day and now, I can't even get into Arc/the launcher.
With each passing day I wonder if I stepped into an alternate reality. The Cubs win the world series. Donald Trump is President. Britain leaves the EU. STO gets a dedicated PvP season. Engineers are "out of control" in STO.
yes, me and several fleetmates are seeing lag and rubber banding.

Hail Ba'al!

*facepalm*
edit: Yep, it ended while the server was experiencing issues. /facepalm

This thread has been won.
I'm sorry to people who I, in the past, insulted, annoyed, etc.

You might want to clear your recent web-history... That sometimes helps.
