to my understanding it's a generalized fix for the problem, so it wasnt included in the patch notes. But yep, they're workin' on it

The Undine Space PvE queue is called "Viscous Cycle" not "Vicious Cycle"... The Undine might be very vicious, but they come from a universe of fluidic space where flight there might seem very viscous...
Now, I'm not trying to be a jerk here, only to offer an education to those who might not recognize or understand the difference... Please stop calling the mission "Vicious Cycle"...

Or would that be where the word "cycle" comes into play? The traveling from the less-viscous to the more-viscous and back to the less-viscous? Or, perhaps, by flying around in my spaceship in perfect peace and harmony, only to get warped away into a PvE queue filled with vicious little Undine, only to destroy them all, and wind up back in my own little world of tranquility? Could that be considered a "vicious cycle?"

It may be considered vicious, but i submit virtuous for the federation captains valiantly defending (something) while for captains of the dark empire vicious does sound very appropriate, viciously defending their virtue in an undine cycle of low viscosity fluids.

No fix for items that move itself without input from the ship inventory to the player inventory...
No fix yet for Starbase 24 not registering itself as finished...
... And there's an ****load of bugreports of other bugs I've encountered since S9, but who aren't on any list yet it seems...
