Honor Guard belt broken

yep, it is broken. It is not showing up at all. I am not sure if this problem exists in males as well.

I remember this bug was fixed before, and now it is back again. Problem in version control or something? well, in any case, a fix would be nice..and the person who bought this bug back in the game should be tickled for 1 hour.

    Looks like a clipping issue. Seems to affect several belts depending on the character's waist size. Have it all the way down, things disappear/clip into the belt.
    I believe the Wrath of Khan belt suffers from that too.

    It's working on Male Gorn, not that their are any female Gorn (in game at least.)

    This will take a year to get attention. then 7 months to try a fix.
