Dynamic Patch Failure

I am getting "Dynamic Patch Failure" timeout failures when loading maps in star clusters and foundry missions, I turned off on demand patching and deleted the "live" folder and downloaded all the patches again, but today one star system loaded fine, then the next gave me the error. :mad:
