    The best ship I could find for the Federation frigate sized carrier pet was the Marquis Raider.

    It is an older Starfleet design and it is about the size of the BoP.

    The ship is shown to be approximately 20% the size of Voyager.

    I think this would be the only possible ship to be the fed carrier frigate. Would like to see the design updated somewhat though :P
