The way this game works, I didn't think CBS allowed anything unless it was considered canon appropriate, so I kinda thought the fact that they named an Odyssey class ship the Enterprise, it would be ok'd by CBS, and considered canon to the prime universe.
Even with that I don't think you'd end up seeing the EnterpriseF as it exists in this game. If tyhry are going to do a new show I see them investing in a new ship design.
