Server issues.

I can't sign in and before that it was running REALLY slow even trying to bring up menus.

Speedtest came out fine, nut can't seen to get though to log in.


I'm in the Midwest region of the United States.


Anyone else having the server dead slow or unresponsive?

    This may sound crazy, but OP do you have Charter for an ISP?
    My Charter is being stoooopid right now, I pay for 30mbps, have had speedtests range from 15 down to 1.2 in the last half hour.

    Been playing last 2 hours. No problems or any sense of lag. South East US.

    I'm having problems too, and I'm also in the US Midwest. In my case the launcher was extremely slow to even finish loading, and that's before even getting to the point of trying to log in. Now that I've entered my credentials the launcher is just sitting there, stuck on "Attempting to connect to controller tracker".

    I checked and I believe Cogent Communications is causing the massive lag. Cogent handles the ISP in the Boston area where Perfect World is at.

    If you run a Trace and check the IP Addresses, all the lag started the minute it hit Cogent's area.
