Forum Quick Reply broken?

I'm having a strange problem with replying to forum posts via quick reply (I'm at a work computer and I know the build/restrictions pretty well) but I'll post my reply in full and hit enter and before it would post no problemo now it doesn't work.

When I post i get the default text in the box "Please Click the quick reply button to respond etc" ok its not the exact message but its a little odd. Has anyone else seen this happening or is it just my computer session playing up?
