    • Full, Story-driven, select from start 1-50 Klingon Side
    • Scrap current Lock Box & Lobi system for something more reasonable
    • Expand Dil and Rep/Fleet Marks to regular story content

For me, it's neck and neck between the UNCF BBY-01 Yamato and the Federation Starfleet Intrepid-class.

    NX-class. Just look at it!

"Critics who say that the optimistic utopia Star Trek depicted is now outmoded forget the cultural context that gave birth to it: Star Trek was not a manifestation of optimism when optimism was easy. Star Trek declared a hope for a future that nobody stuck in the present could believe in. For all our struggles today, we haven’t outgrown the need for stories like Star Trek. We need tales of optimism, of heroes, of courage and goodness now as much as we’ve ever needed them."

    In no particular order:

Microcorp Stalker Series Fighters - Fighters from a certain game. I wonder if anyone here recognizes them?

Heart of Gold - Let's face it, this is too silly not to put here. Infinite Improbability Drive, enough said.

Asgard Fleet O'Neill-class warship - a fast and powerful ship that can really dance with the best and come up smelling like roses. Intergalactic-rated FTL drives are an extra bonus.

Normandy SR-2 Advanced Stealth Frigate (upgraded systems) - Agile lady with excellent amenities and plenty of firepower.

Defiant-class Escort Warship (What I fly in-game currently - Fleet Retro w/cloak.) - It's the line born from the USS Ben Sisko's Mother****in' Pimp Hand itself, what more do you want?

    B'rel
    K'Tinga
    D'Deridex
    Mogai
    Scimitar

Other sci fi has always been kind of meh to me, none of their ships look as cool as Klingons and Romulans.

Sol Bianca, the ship of the sun

A hull made of pure superconducting pasha, space folding, gravity manipulation, an arsenal of particle, laser, and projectile weaponry, a giant "YOU LOSE NOW" energy cannon with full-ship transformation and ridiculous over-the-top huge hologram projection, as well as instant particle synthesis hull regeneration? Yes. Oh and she's super pleasing to look at (the hull, not the hologram :P [okay both]).

Do I really have to pick 4 more?
    -Glorious Heritage class
    -NSEA Protector
-Sharlin or White Star class (White Star is actually somewhat visually similar to the Sol Bianca)
-Wells, Prometheus, Sovereign, Vesta, or Valdore/Mogai class

Ok I know this is a hard one, so I will say you top 5 picks. That's all time scifi history of ships that you seen.

What ship or ships would you pick as your top of the line MUST have in your personal collections?

What would be even better is they were working models, but that's asking a lot. :D
    • TARDIS. Not because of the looks (though in the fully working one, those would be variable, but because of the incredible space it actually has inside)
    • Babylon 5 Cruiser Thingy (you know, the ones with the rotating section).
    • Galaxy Class Cruiser
    • Millenium Falcon
    • Battlestar (TNS Galactica version)

    1) Galaxy Class Enterprise-D. Always loved that design.
    2) Y-Wing fighter. People say X-Wings are cool and Y-Wings look silly. I disagree.
    3) The TARDIS. It looks like a Police Box for crying out loud!
    4) The S.H.I.E.L.D. Jet from The Avengers. Comfortable, stylish and awesome.
    5) The Planet Express ship. :D

It is impossible to chose 5 ships when you are fan of Warhammer 40k universe...and it would be heretical to even try to make the list.

    Because this:

They were slow but not silly. Ion cannons, a droid and an extra turret is always nice.

Interesting idea for a thread, there has been a lot of sci-fi I have seen so this was more difficult than I thought it would be.

    For non Trek:

    1 Emperor class battleship (WH40k)
2 Imperial II class Star Destroyer (SW)
    3 Omega class destroyer (B5)
    4 Cylon Raider (BG 1978)
    5 USS Sulaco (Aliens)

If I could only pick from Trek including STO then it would be

    1 Ar'kif Tactical Warbirds
    2 Caitian Stalker fighter
    3 Tactical Escort (USS Defiant)
    4 B'rel Bird of Pray
5 Miranda class (with mission roll bar USS Reliant)

An Original Flavor Cylon Raider? A fighter craft that takes three to operate, and still has worse aim than a stormtrooper with astigmatism?

I'd like a Q-Ship. You know! The one that has 20000 fore weapons and 15000 aft weapons, 30 Commander Universal BOFF Stations, 150 Tac Consoles, 125 Sci Consoles, and 600 Engineering Consoles, a huge turn rate (157) and a huge shield modifier (maybe 15.5!), a huge impulse modifier (maybe 230.2 +/- 0.5!).

If that's not possible, I'm always OK with a Fleet Scimitar!
I would love to visit this star in-game...or maybe this one!
Won't SOMEONE please think of the CHILDREN?!
