unable to lanuch STO

Hello

i was on my romulan toon trying to do the dominon mission where you got to find farek ship i clicked on hail in the episode bar then it came up with a message didn't read all of it said something about "Headshotstyle_computing rom1" or something. it shut down the whole game and i when i logged in it started up normal and it's stuck on Patching.

please Help me :_(

    read what it was it a fatal error message about "Headshotstyle_computeroom rom1" and it crashes on space station k 7 when i try to open the second dominon mission( farek ship one)
