ARC BETA and sto problems

I installed the arc client, and then when i decided that i should re-install it i uninstalled but the files are on my computer, but i cant delete them, apparently they are in use. and i thought i screwed up my sto, i decided to delete and re-install it to but again i cant. and it wont load if i try to use either of the sto clients. im gonna be pissed if i cant get the 4th anniversary ship because of this..... pls fix!

If you boot your System in 'Safe Mode' you should be able to delete those files...

How do I do that? I don't get an option when I reboot.

anyone? i tried to force vertirfy but it didnt do ****. it sat there and took up space, if i could delete it i could get a new one but i dont want any more till the are gone.

to enter safe mode of windows.

after memory and hard drive check at bios. the next screen will be a config type showing wht you have gt,
soon as you see that screen, keep pressing F8
and then u can load safe mode from there
