Tried to submit a ticket for missing Zen at;

https://support.perfectworld.com/app/ask

But the drop down list for selecting the product, etc wont register the choice you make.
Time is a funny thing; There is always too much of it. Except when you need it the most, then there is never enough.

    If you manage to make a ticket, cross your fingers and hope they dont leave it open for over a week.. :(

    You have to OK the selection for it to register and then close drop window. Choice should then be registered.

    Had trouble with that it was a multiple choice too at first. :P

    Anyway, thats when your real trouble with start.
    Support seams either to be on vacation or just don't like to give any reply.

    On bright side sometimes they actually fix a problem without giving any reply on that they are working on it or have fixed it.:rolleyes:

    Still waiting for a reply to some problems that are a few weeks old, and that I can not activate the legacy bundle I bought a week ago on their web page before they switched the the ARC version. :mad:

    A test server is supposed to be used to properly test patches before patching anything....
