Mine:
1 science powers that deal as much damage as the npc version (voth grav well, borg tachyon beam, tholian weapon disruption
2 Cryptic to buy itself independent from pwe
3 CommanderAnder & Gorngonzola to explain to DA how CoX had one mark and you could earn then on all content then use then to buy anything. And how this was great for rewarding players and still let the game earn money.
1: Hangar Bays on ground, preferably fighter and frigate but fighter would be okay.
2: A supercharged particle beam attack fired from the deflector with a 50% crit chance and deals a base 50,000 damage and has a range of 15km and a cooldown of 5 minutes, can be affected by aux2bat. The crit chance should be fixed so it isn't OP or anything.
3: More free stuff for me since I bought an LTS 3 years ago, I paid my money back then dam it, I deserve free stuff to be given to me.
1. KDF andorian escort raptors with disruptor wing cannons
2. An upgraded Bortasqu. Ody touch up would be nice. I think they should have a presence. I don't think it would take much. A turn rate boost and customization options would be a nice start.

the ability to buy exocomps again yes i got one id like to have them available again

a borg faction yeah right i know lol
a fleet science console that improves shield capacity and second improves certain science powers
a fleet engineer console that improves certain engineer powers
a tac console that improves certain tactical powers i know we have officers
but why not consoles too
wish 1 - revamp the accolade system to add easyer search functions within the system itself and the ability to bring up a list of each mission and zone that has accolades so you can select each one and see which accolades you have and dont have and a clue to how each accolade is or was earned so you can replay the mission or visit the zone and attempt to get any you missed if they are still available.
wish 2 - lots more story missions especially the long storys that run over several missions.
wish 3 - sorry accolades again, i would like my bridge officers to have the ability on my orders to do the tac/sci/eng optionals in the story missons that have accolades that require them.
dont get me wrong i realy enjoy teaming with other players but most times it is impossible to get a full team or even part of a team.
alternatly give the player the ablilty to take control of the differant boffs for a short period to do the optionals.
my wishes may change from time to time but at the moment these are my top 3
