That guy is also known for getting nasty upset in Kerrat when things aren't going his way.

Far less colour variation in the shopped name (yours). you can see a rectagular outline near your name which is just a tad bit darker than the original. Actually all the pixels where the (supposed) cutout happened are darker. The wavy pattern has at least been attempted to be replicated. It might actually be a coutout from a previous match, so it matches more closely. You can't really see that is has been tampered with if you don't zoom in.

Actually, I have beaten Dius on several occations... he even posted a vid of me doing so.
And i have fought this person that posted the fake picture, and the only time he manages to vape anyone, is if he catches you off guard... in a 1 vs 1 environment.. you would never be off guard.. and he would most likely never be able to vape anyone.. and i would never of accepted a challenge if i knew it was a vaper.. because i know that person would only be cloaked for 3-5min to wait for cooldowns, then attack... or wait longer if he's smart.. to try to catch me off guard. but i would die from boredom other than in the sense of being beaten by a "better player" or build for that matter..
vapers are trolls, nothing else.. and people who vape just follow a guide to set up their ship, and bind their keys to buff up correctly.-. there is nothing else than learning how to time an assault that matters.. and mostly they always attack when you have cooldowns, or right after you are done with a fight..and they make vape builds, becaue they dont know how to make a proper build.

Excuse? I fail to find anything resembling an excuse on my part. On the contrary, I'd rather be interested in your "reasoning" why you are exploiting a well known bug in the first place. If you are suggesting it's unfair to point out your unfair conduct since most of your other videos are not showcasing that specific exploit, well it's still bad enough that you've build a ship around an exploit in the first place (and probably feel a sense of accomplishment as well), and I've been told you are flying with that setup for quite some time now.
I skimmed through your videos - there are just too many videos and too repetitive in nature to watch them all in full length - and frankly, you seem to have a knack to utilize ships, builds, items and tactics that turn any of your 1v1s into a farce, like cloaking at every opportunity and running away to safety, subspace rupturing etc.
Your 1v1s are a prime example as to why unrestricted duels in general can hardly be taken seriously as a measurement tool for skill in general. Most veterans with years of experience are aware of this, however it's rather difficult to explain that to some unexperienced players; they may even dismiss such concerns as arbitrary. However, for a true 1v1 test of might, ships, character classes and so on would require a heavy balance pass first, there a just too many flaws, gaps and loopholes in this games' "logic" that can be exploited in duelling. The overwhelming majority of match-up possibilities are simply nonsensical to begin with; as an example there are a lot of players who think not dying in an engineer recluse carrier in an 1v1 constitutes some sort of accomplishment etc.
One example for one of the very few somewhat sensible match-ups would be an escort vs. erscort duel, and even such a match-up would still require some restrictions followed by both participants to not end up in a farce as well.
What's the point of your videos anyway? Is it to display your superior skills? If that's the intent, then your videos are all fail. Is it to mock the entire concept of 1v1s? Then you have succeded.

What he seemed to have done to simply have cropped some parts of the screen (his powertray for instance), but it would be a stretch to call that "photoshopped".

No, you're not. You're not displaying a too sportive attitude towards your opponents either, some chats in your videos display unsportive dickishness on your part.
scimitar barbie is hella tough to beat 1v1, i was only able to take him out using my aux2batt faw avenger....which in my opinion is an incredibly overpowered layout. matter of fact, that happened about 3-4 months ago....so he's prolly added something that would take his build over the top.
then there are the fbp 1v1 guys....either tac or sci....makes them incredibly tough to beat. as in....nearly impossible...especially in escorts.
eh, either way...1v1 is such a tough thing.... a lot of the times i think to get the best from your ship you have to have different boff and gear layouts for 1v1/kerrat vs arena/capnhold....not big changes....but...i still think they are there.
all that being said....if you have a scimitar and you are fighting someone not in a scimitar....you should expect to win. tactics and gear only take you so far vs this beast....that is...until the next new or revamped ship comes out.....arent we out of canon ships to get in game? and just about every other ship that half appeared? i wonder whats next?

If you can see a giant rectangular shape in there you need to get eye tested.
I'll explain why, what you see, is simply impossible.
When I did my shopped version to disprove the original. I cut the lettering out , on both names, pixel by pixel.
Ergo, there is no rectangular shape for you to see... The names were on a TRANSPARENT background before being spliced.
