Crazy Oberth in pug groups!

Has anyone else seen this Reman shielded Oberth sci vessel in any pugs? Its name is Rainbow Warrior and the damn thing is kitted out apparently in all Mark XII gear with full turret build, each a different proc type. Damn thing is insane.
