I'm open for enhanced customization. Those that already wear skinny clothing will continue to do so. Those that refuse to wear skinny cloathing (I've got 2 female toons, are an 18 year old single, but I refuse to roll an Orion female or anything with Orion-styled cloathing), will continue to not wear this.
So yeah, what would it mean? Some different bikini's in that big blend of other bikini's. Nothing more. Would be equal to seeing some new 2409 uniforms: some people will wear them, others won't.
But talking about the tailor, first thing I want is 1: crew uniform customization and 2: MORE ROMULAN BASIS UNIFORMS! Does anybody have any idea what a pain in the neck it is to try to create a Romulan Fleet Uniform? You can only use the things you can wear during the tutorial, no Republic outfit and no Republic-allied outfit! That is so terrible for Fleet Uniforms! (that being said I did create a uniform which is very close to the Fed uniform of my fleet).

KDF can wear the formal wear and off duty outfits now yes, though there are some major limitations, Feds still get access to more options even in the off duty section.
there are lots of uniforms and clothing from canon that haven't been added to the game, T'Pol's season 1 Vulcan uniform for instance, or the Duras Sisters dresses
so while i support skimpy outfits, cause i am female as well and dammit i enjoy showing some skin :P , i also fully support more of EVERY kind of outfit in the game
more choices are better, whether skimpy or not

Exactly, we are trying to have an intelligent debate and insulting a bunch of people because they don't behave the same way as you is not an intelligent debate. How is advocating tolerance being selfish? Saying something is a behavior disorder just because you don't agree with it is trying to force your own beliefs on others. Personally, I might think some things are just wrong, but as long as it doesn't harm anyone else, then they are free to live as they wish without people harassing them.

Since people apparently don't want to take the trouble of reading the forum rules, let's walk through it a bit, shall we?
Reporting Violations
If you believe that someone has violated our Rules and Policies or you have spotted content that may otherwise require attention, you may submit a Community Ticket here with a brief description of what you believe is wrong. Notification is voluntary and anonymous, but in no situation should a user respond to an issue personally, thereby aggravating the situation further.
Report violations, do not quote them or reply to them. Responding to a violation in an inflammatory manner is a violation in itself and will result in appropriate action. It is also important to not abuse the Community Ticket system by excessively reporting posts, sending false alarms, or nonsensical messages. Abuse of the Community Ticket system can result in an infraction for spamming.
This basically boils down to "Don't feed the trolls" or "Don't feed the flames". Self-explanatory, really. Yet people rarely follow this policy and it leads to out-of-control threads like this one.
Flaming and/or Trolling
You may not post content which contains insults to other users or Perfect World Entertainment Staff, are specifically made to create undue discontent on the forums, disturbances in forum threads, pick fights or otherwise promote unfriendly conversation.
Harassing Material
You may not create posts which contain material that is repetitively insulting, defaming and/or otherwise harassing any other user and/or any PWE employee, officer and/or director.
And these are basically "If you can't be polite, don't say anything". Personal attacks of any kind are not allowed. Comments intended to offend someone or to incite a hostile response are trolling. Hostile responses are flaming.
Obscene/Vulgar/Inappropriate Objectionable Material
You may not create posts which contain language, comments, references, links, symbols, terms and/or imagery about and/or promote and/or otherwise support, in any manner whether directly or indirectly, obscene, vulgar, inappropriate and/or otherwise objectionable material or, that allude to, contain language, comments, references, links, symbols, terms and/or imagery about and/or promote and/or otherwise support, in any manner whether directly or indirectly, pornography and/or extreme violence or sexual acts.
This rule is not open to any discussion of moral relativity, prudery, or anything else. This is supposed to be a "family-friendly" forum and inappropriate comments are not allowed, period. If it offends someone and reasonably can be interpreted as falling into one of the above categories, it is a violation.
Hate Speech

Bumping threads.
Creation of First! posts.
Creation of petitions.
Posting of off-topic comments, including but not limited to comments or discussions of a religious, or political nature.
Posts and/or private messages that, in any manner whether directly or indirectly, contain links to threads from other forums in the PWE network may be subject to an infraction. (Cross Linking)
Advertisements that have not been authorized by PWE.
Posting to an old thread which has not been posted to in 30 days or more.
Creating Duplicate Threads (A Duplicate Thread is defined as a thread which discusses the same topic as another thread, which has had a new post within the last 30 days.)
As this is an English-speaking community, all postings must be in English, so that they can be well received and properly monitored. Posting in other languages is not allowed, except in Forums designated specifically as non-English forums.
Note the in-bold part here. Posting off-topic is not allowed. Discussions about sexuality or social mores that have no bearing on the game are off-topic by definition and not allowed.
