Which browser to use for support

I'm sure people will think this a silly question but which browser does the page https://support.perfectworld.com/app/ask actually function properly on?

My usual browser is a Mozilla variant called Seamonkey - cant select game
Internet Explorer 11 - cant select game
internet explorer 11 in compatibility mode - cant select game
Firefox ver 25.0.1- cant select game

So does anybody have any hints as to how to actually file a support ticket?

Still waiting to be able to use forum titles

    Works fine on Opera Developer.
Works fine on Internet Explorer 11 (default settings).

It isn't a "standard" drop-down menu - you have to click the game you want, then click the blue "OK" button at the bottom of the drop-down. If you don't see and/or click the "OK" button, then no game will be selected.

If the drop-down boxes aren't working(due to JavaScript:Void), try clicking them and using the arrow and enter keys to make selections.

I use Chrome for everything with IE as backup... things get not so nice on the mobile versions but for desktop Chrome seems to be most reliable for me.
