Redirect Loop (Persistant Problem) *see post #3*

So, I'm still having problems with the "Redirect Loop" bug, and trying to access the Support site for Cryptic/PWE. I've tried using Chrome, Firefox & Internet Explorer, as well as clearing cookies/browsing history/cache. Hell, I even tried going to a different house and using my friend's Wi-Fi, to no avail.

I kinda need to access the support site, since I put in a GM Help Request, and it told me to check the support site for any responses. I'd rather them send the responses in-game. At least then, I would know what they're saying!

-.- Is this ever going to be fixed?

    They claimed it was "fixed" around the beginning of the Summer Festival.

    Key word: "claimed," nothing changed outside of a big "We fixed it" thread. (Which was full of people pointing out that no, they didn't, again.)

    Well sheet. It looks like it really was fixed.

    Anyone who has an old account (Pre-F2P I believe) has to email CustomerService@PerfectWorld.com, and ask for it to be fixed. Email with the linked account, and it works.

    Did it myself, and was surprised I could access the support page. O.O
