Fleet mate of mine just got back after a long, long hiatus, unfortunately when he linked his cryptic and PW accounts the wrong Cryptic account was linked to his PW account and now he's lost his primary account with all his zen purchases. I have no idea what to do for him. He says he's submitted a support ticket to PW but he hasn't gotten a response in weeks. He put in a lot of time and money into that account and he's about given up playing again. I'd hate to lose him. Can someone please help?

So the bugs are spreading. Now people are loosing real world dollar items. SO glad I'm waiting for more patches to fix the game before I risk my toons to the bugs.
