Cursor Doesn't Cover Whole Screen

It seems like its in Windows mode instead of full screen, which its in. I can move it but it stops when I push it over to the right on down. Like it hits a wall.

Ok, for anyone having this issue where the mouse will not cover the whole screen even at the character selection screen, this is what I did to get around it, and will have to do till the bug is fixed.

Hit Alt+Enter and go into window mode. The mouse will now cover the whole screen. (At least for me it did) then I went into video settings and changed it to fullscreen from there and it seemed to take care of it for the current session. But, when I exited, I had to do it all over again upon relogging in. Not a good start to Season 8.

Just downloaded the S8 patch and logged in. Same problem: mouse won't move past the last quarter of either the right or bottom side of the screen. Noticed it right away at character selection, since I could not select my 3rd char. Problem persisted once a char was loaded.

Thx for the above windowing trick - still no permanent solution? Has a bug been logged with Cryptic?
