Bug in the bug reporter...

Tried to file a bug report on the "Night of the Comet" mission (if I destroyed the comet or its fragments with Romulan plasma torpedoes, they didn't spawn any "child" pieces... which was a new one on me!)...
... and I got a pop-up saying that the bug reporter had timed out and was unable to create a new ticket.
So, I have to assume this is the best place to report that... meta-bug. Like on that episode of "Red Dwarf" where the damage report machine blows up, I guess.
