ARC / Launcher BSOD

All MS certified drivers running 64-bit Win 7.

BSOD with ARC and normal launcher.

All my other "higher requirement" games run just fine.

You guys need to fix the launcher ASAP.

1381 days logged and I can no longer install and play the game.

    This is BS this whole ARC thing is going to be a disaster when it becomes mandatory

    So after 3 painful days of trouble shooting my system, there was nothing wrong. All drivers are updated, WHQL tested, memory checked, etc...

    As a last ditch effort, I loaded up MSCONFIG for Win 7 and totally unchecked everything for STARTUP (except my ATI Catalyst drivers prog).

    After that, I re-booted and the launcher is working fine now (for some unknown reason).

    For those experiencing BSOD issues (or the ERROR 31) and running Win 7, try the above.
