patching error

I have a fresh install of an OS so I reinstalled STO and patched it, it almost got to the end and I got 'Error 36: A file was locked that could not be opened for writing' is there anything i can do short of a full reinstall?

    Right click on the Launcher, and select 'Run as administrator'....

    I did that, it didn't work...it happens when the actual patch finishes and it has to mirror some of the files or somethin like that...

    Check and make sure that the STO directories are excluded from your Anti-Virus monitoring, as the Anti-Virus may be locking the file...

    Does ANYONE with Cryptic/PWE have any ideas on how to fix this??
