Tribble test sever not

Hello Today Star Trek Online players,
I have a question about tribble test sever here it is:
People are seeing it but I can not its gone I see Redshirt but not Tribble.Do you know why thanks happening?

Are you a Gold Subscription Account? And if not, did you see the notice that Tribble access has been changed to Gold Accounts only?

Also, if Tribble has been taken off-line for maintenance/updates, it won't show up in the Launcher...
